Delivery and payment

CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY:

Merchandise purchased online at diversesystem.com is delivered in cooperation with the DPD courier service and InPost.

Delivery time ranges from 1 to 4 days from the moment of payment or selection of the COD method

The PERSONAL PICK-UP AT THE STORE option is also carried out in cooperation with the DPD service, but the parcel takes longer to arrive than by direct courier delivery; the customer is notified of its arrival by a special e-mail with a unique PICK-UP CODE and details of the pick-up procedure – the parcel can be claimed at the store for 14 days after arrival, after which time it is returned to the warehouse. A delivery notification will also be sent by text.

Shipment costs are covered by the Customer, unless the transaction is covered by a special promotion. The standard price list is as follows:

Online payment (Przelewy24):
Gross cost for the Customer: 9.5 PLN
Personal pick-up: 0 PLN (only online payment)

Payment to the courier:
Gross cost for the Customer: 11 PLN

InPost delivery:
Online payment (Przelewy24) – gross cost for the Customer: 11 PLN

ORDERS COSTING MORE THAN 150 PLN ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE DELIVERY (applies to domestic orders).

Parcels are delivered to the specified address on working days, usually between 8 am and 6 pm.

The exact time depends on the place of residence and current weather conditions.

The courier usually calls the customer before delivering the parcel, but a phone call is not guaranteed. We are also not responsible for any errors committed when typing in the phone number during order placement.

Parcels are only dispatched within the territory of Poland; foreign parcels may be shipped upon prior agreement – the cost of delivery in such cases will depend on the weight of the parcel and its destination (it is calculated separately for each individual order).

The maximum delivery time is 7 days, but we make it our priority to deliver the parcel as quickly as possible.

Once dispatched, the parcel should not take more than 48 h to arrive; should there be any problems, do not hesitate to contact us.

Parcels cannot be picked up directly from DPD warehouses.

Please notify us if the courier does not make three delivery attempts or fails to inform the customer of such an attempt.

Upon delivery, please inspect the parcel and its content; should you notice any signs of damage, please write down a damaged delivery report in the presence of the courier and notify our store immediately.
