Franchise
ETOS S.A. is a clothing company based in Gdańsk, established in 1993. We specialize in designing, manufacturing, and distributing apparel through a well-developed sales network in Poland and international markets, primarily in Central and Eastern Europe. We own three brands: Diverse, Diverse Extreme Team, and Coalition, offering collections for women, men, and children.
We have a well-established franchise network, which is an essential business model for us and one we plan to continue expanding in the coming years. Poland remains our key market. We are growing our sales network by focusing on cities and shopping center locations where we are not yet present. Across Poland, the Diverse brand operates approximately 400 brick-and-mortar stores, including seasonal stores open during the summer. At the same time, we are committed to sustainable yet highly profitable international expansion.
